Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows.
